The idea for our organization started on a trip to Jamaica in Jan 2020. We realized a common theme with our travels was increased stray animal presence and lack of access to veterinary care. Our intention was to make our next vacation have a purpose. We would bring supplies and medications to help even a few animals that we would see on our next trip. Since COVID hit, our plans hit a delay with international travel. We were able to execute our first mission trip in Jan 2023 with two full suitcases of supplies for animals which were donated to Spay Panama and Papa Gato Animal Welfare in Bocas. These supplies were put to immediate use and reinforced that even small actions can make a big impact!
Our next locations for donations will include: Cabo, Bocas del Toro and Huatulco.
Our mission is to travel with purpose. We work with local rescues, shelters, and rehab facilities to determine which items are needed most or most scarce in the region . We travel with supplies to help provide care needed. Our goal is to make a difference in each place we travel and leave a pawsitive imprint on many lives.
Your support and contributions will enable us to meet our goals and improve the lives of animals in need. All proceeds go towards providing medications and supplies on the high need list for each location. Your generous donation is greatly appreciated!
Are you in the veterinary industry? We accept donations of unneeded, short dated or recently expired medications and supplies. If local, we can pick up from all San Diego locations. If not local, we can provide shipping info to have items shipped to us.
High need items include: flea/tick/heartworm prevention, dewormers, antibiotics, suture material, and NSAIDs.
Currently NOT accepting: large blankets or towels, toys, food, controlled substances or other large items. While we would love to accept all items and greatly appreciate all donations, we bring these items with us and have more benefit to patients from medications and more easily packed items. Thank you for your understanding.
